3star.click (referred to as "3star", "we", or "the platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 3star and all of its registered users.

These terms apply to all services on the platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, lottery, and any future services. They apply equally to access from Bangladesh or any other country.

3star reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified via email or platform notification before any changes take effect.

To register an account with 3star, the following conditions must be met:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Registration is not permitted from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• A valid, active mobile number and email address are required to register.

Once registered, you are fully responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your password. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

3star currently supports transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, and card payments. All deposits are credited to your account instantly.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 1–4 business hours (after verification)

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 will not be approved without verification. Withdrawals will always be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

For suspicious transactions, 3star may request additional verification documents. Transactions may remain on hold until these are submitted.

3star regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions — please read them carefully before accepting.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering: 15x.
• Weekly Cashback: 10% of net losses returned every Monday. No wagering required.
• Referral Bonus: ৳300 for every successful referral. The bonus will be credited once your referred friend makes their first deposit.
• VIP Bonus: Tier-based monthly loyalty bonuses, faster withdrawals, and a dedicated personal manager.

3star reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant account's bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited.

3star offers Sports Betting, live betting, and Virtual Sports. The following betting rules apply at all times:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. A "Cash Out" option may be available in certain cases.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 3star reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If you lose connection during live betting, check your bet confirmation email or account history to verify your bets.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match to guarantee a profit ("arbitrage") is prohibited.

For Sports Betting results, 3star uses data from internationally recognized scoring authorities. In the case of any disputed result, 3star's decision shall be final.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 3star and may result in permanent account suspension:

• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use yours.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Misconduct or threats directed at platform staff.

3star may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If KYC verification is not completed and the required documents are not submitted within the specified time.
• Accounts with no activity for an extended period (12 months) will be considered inactive.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Permanently closed accounts may not be recoverable.

To comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, 3star verifies the identity (KYC) of all members. The following documents may be required during the KYC process:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• A screenshot or confirmation of the payment method.

In any dispute over betting results, 3star's technical records and log data shall serve as the definitive evidence. For any financial claims, the maximum compensation is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

3star reserves the right to amend, revise, or add new clauses to any part of these Terms & Conditions as needed.

For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
